Snap Out of It!
I met one of my favorite Mary Englebreit characters in the mid 1990's, when prozac and psycho-babble ruled.

So true - Sounds simplistic on a very complicated day.
Unrealistic Expectations......can be a distroyer of contentment. Hope is a builder of realistic expectations without setting oneself up for great disappointment. There is freedom in hoping for the best, yet not holding on to unrealistic expectations. I learned from my sister that today is our reality; tomorrow is fantasy until it becomes today. Lean into the "now" and hope for tomorrow.
